I've discovered that I can't rate closed threads. I know this is probably because closed threads are often flames or spam or troublesome topics and so it is right that people shouldn't be able to rate them anymore. But, I know that a bunch of the closed threads are actually stickies and extremely good, and I'd like to rate them.
I'm not too bothered about it, so if this can't be done, no big deal. But I was wondering if there is some setting that could be fiddled with, so that threads that are both closed and sticky can be rated.
