Improving your dialogue writing

I just read an excerpt about writing good dialogue, taken from
Fiction Writing Demystified: Techniques That Will Make You a More Successful Writer, by Thomas B. Sawyer. Has anyone else read this book? It looks great!

Yet another book for my booklist!

Something that dramatically improved my dialogue writing was playing an online rpg. Doing lots and lots of dialogue on the fly with no revising allowed was really good for me.

I just listen to the voices in my head.
