I know there are a few Brits in here -- thought you might be interested in this one.

The MyScape Writing Competition is looking for max 500 word stories inspired by the Cornish landscape.

The power of the Cornish landscape has influenced writers for centuries and, of course, it still does. But everyone has a different view, an individual perception of what the landscape is, and we’re all affected by it in different ways. Now The Writing Centre is running a competition that aims to encourage everyone, from professional authors to schoolchildren, to write about their personal piece of Cornish landscape.
