I'm doing things backwards: I have had stuff published by small presses & a couple of journals, and Ive even got a publisher for my first book (a small press) (the book will be pubilshed this summer), but I hadnt managed the agent thing yet. I have a crime novel which I am hoping might actually earn me some money, and now a real live agent has bitten! Well, nibbled, at least.
