Brenda, I actually emailed her to ask if she was opened for queries and she gave the ok.

Oddly enough I just got another rejection for her for the same thing she rejected on the third (not a resubmit, for the exact same submission). Same impersonal form rejection

Received R, no explanation, so I don't know if my query sucked or if the genre I listed wasn't what she wanted.

Anyone have experience with Kari Sutherland? There's not much mention of her in the thread.

Just got a rejection from another Bradford agent, Jennifer Chen Tran.

It was a nicer form letter than the rejection from Laura but I'd honestly given up on this one back in December, marked it as No Response on querytracker and forgot about it. The rejection came 225 days after I submitted the query (October 2019). So it does look like she's chugging through her list, but it's taking a looong time
