Received a contract from Pegasus a month after submitting to them. The email was just the attached contract, no Dear Sir or Hello or anything.
The contract requires the author to pay 2,400 pounds to the publisher for their 'endeavours.'
I did not realize Pegasus was a vanity press. They hide that fact from their guidelines and on their website.
Disappointed, and a bit upset.
