Welcome to AW, Endless. As to lenght, unless the publisher has a pre-set limit (often the case with Romance) then it's best to rely on the mini-skirt rule of length: Long enough to cover the subject--short enough to keep things interesting.

Novels...hmmm...depends on what type and genre. I would think the average is 60,000 words.

For fantasy, I'm under the impression that it's 90k+, but 110k-140k is considered fairly normal. But I'm a scifi writer myself, so check with the fantasy people.
