I'm thinking about writing a play in regards to Women's History Month, and I feel now is a good time to explore this possibility since writing the play and getting anyone to pick it up takes time. However, I am envisioning this play performed specifically for educational reasons. Like, the actors will perform for a library program or for a school, or even for a theater production group that performs for school trips.

But how do I propose this idea? I know of a theater organization that allows original work as well as performances for schools. And what about schools in general or even libraries? Since this play would be best performed for Women's History Month, I think it will be best done in this matter.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
