I had queried a small handful of agents from December-February with a book that was originally YA at 100k words. I got no bites at all. Months later, I did some soul searching and made some big revisions. Now it's MG at 60k. I was wondering it would be worth requerying the agents who are accepting MG. Normally, I wouldn't bother, but I feel like the MG change is so big that some may look at it different. If I did requery, how would I go about this? Should I mention I had queried before? Should I wait a certain amount of time? Like 6 months after the original rejection?

Go for it, the worst that can happen is that you stay rejected. But definitely give it enough time so that they have likely forgotten. And probably rejigger your pitch so that reflects the big changes you've made.

Cheering you all on!
Make sure your query doesn't resemble the old query, and you should be fine.
