My name is Tiki Pirate!I’m a new writer, I already have small excerpt of novel I want write.The novel is based on drawings I did then on a fictional airline/air strips I had on Microsoft Flight Simulator for a while. I tend to write stories based on the sea, pirates,drinking,tiki.I love to read stories about the sea, sailing, drinking and adventures. Favorite author: Jimmy Buffett, James A. Michener, Gardner McKay, Mark Twain, Robert Louis Stevenson’s and Thor Heyerdahl (wrote Kon-Tiki). So glad, I’m here and I’m ready to learn from y’all.

A pleasure to meet you, TikiPirate. I still have my parents' copy of Kon-Tiki, but I admit, I never read it. I kept it because I remember it being on their shelves, readable from across the room with those big red letters, since I learned letters.

Maryn,if you like good adventure Kon-Tiki is amazing. I think its such an underrate non-fiction story. You should read it if you have chance.
