I my stories , I would chop him up into smaller bits. But I can see that will not work in your story . In my house all the floors are wood and I wax them. One problem is they are dangerously slippery. Two women could drag a body, on a sheet ,across floor like mine . Once he is in the balcony,you don't need to actuly pick the body off the floor . Lift him under the arms , and bend him over the balcony wall , lift the feet , and tip him over .
