Capitalization issue - I see it written both ways on line.
Is it:

He sliced her Achilles tendon...
?

I think "Achilles tendon" is correct (at least that's how I learned it back in my paramedic days and a quick check into a couple of medical dictionaries seems to support the capitalization).Capitalization issue - I see it written both ways on line.

Just so's you know, lots of ebook publishers accept the capitalization decisions (and spelling, too) of Merriam-Webster as law, so you can always check there.
If you're smart, you'll also make yourself a list of every one you've looked up so you don't have to do it more than once. Mine's alphabetized.
