I want to heartily recommend going with Amazon's Kindle lending library service. I ignored it for years as it requires you publish only with Amazon. I put out books on B&N and several others.
After finding I sold a 100 books at Amz for each at the other services I went exclusive. I'm glad I did. I find I make AT LEAST as much money and often times more from KENP as I do sales of the ebooks. This doubling of my income amazed me.
One phenomenon I noted was that reads via KENP take off slower than sales via ebooks but last longer.
Another is that my older books begin to be read and sold more too.
