Looking for better TTS (Text to speech)

I use TTS (text to speech) software to help me proofread my own writing. This works very well, and I was wondering what software packages other TSS users recommend.

Ideally I want it to :

  1. Run inside of Word.
  2. Have a variety of pleasing voices.
  3. Be reasonably priced (either less than $60 per license, or less than $200 with lifetime free upgrades)

Any suggestions?
