I'm no lawyer, and have no idea what the Supreme Court's ruling will be, but on what basis is it going to create a precedent for court interference in the running of Parliament?

To my simple layman's mind, if Parliament feels its rules are being flouted or wrongly applied, then MP's should pass such legislation as is necessary to change the rules.

And if we have a General Election in the near future I haven't a clue how I am going to vote.

Foolish me- with the suspension of Parliament I thought there would be a few weeks respite from all this Brexit hoohah.
