I've returned it as "defective content", and have been refunded the cost. I'll see if I can find a better copy.

Is there a way to know? Amazon's listing for the copy I purchased says, Sold by: Amazon Digital Services LLC. Does that imply nothing more than that Amazon was the broker for selling me a copy someone else had uploaded? I feel so naive!
