I saw this last night. Some of it's a bit over the top, but done so well you almost accept the unrealistic stuff as real.

It's a love story between two teen girls but without a sexual component. It's a love story, not a romance story.

One impressive aspect is that most of the secondary characters feel real and that they have a life outside the narrow one day over which the story takes place.

One aspect about this YA movie is that there are no mean people, though there are some imperfect people. This might turn off some viewers who want a lot of social or physical violence in their movies.

Be warned that these teens talk about sex in an uninhibited way that can be a turn off for some.
