Months ago, a publisher liked my tweet during a pitch contest and I sent them the manuscript, figuring it was worth a shot. They asked for the full manuscript and then sent me another email a months ago to let me know that they were still considering the manuscript. I emailed them back thanking them and letting them know that I had an R&R out with an agent.

I just got a call from the agent today with an offer (eeee!!) and now I'm wondering if I should notify like I will the agents with my full. Should I just leave it for now and discuss it with the agent once we've officially signed? What is the protocol here? (This is my top choice agent and I'd be happy to withdraw the manuscript altogether from the publisher and just work exclusively with her instead! I have other manuscripts as well so it wouldn't be just about this one book.)

I wouldn't do anything just yet.

Tell the agent before you sign with her that the manuscript has been sent to this publisher. Then if and when you sign with her, let her guide you.
