If a story's point of view is in the third person from a couple of characters, with full emotional access for those but not everyone else, is it considered to be third person point of view, limited or third person point of view, omniscient?

Cheering you all on!
Omniscient has one POV, an omniscient narrator who can tell you what’s going through different characters’ minds, among other things. Third person limited means that you’re in the head of a character in the story who cannot tell you more than they know. You can have multiple third-person POVs in a story, & switches between them should be separated by chapter or scene breaks.

It's Third person Limited.

For what it's worth in comprehension, the 'Limited' in Third person Limited POV only means limited to the POV of one character at any given time, be that time a scene, a chapter or the entire novel as the writer chooses.

You can have any number of POV characters in Third Person Limited, but for flow and clarity less is usually best. It takes skill to handle a large cast of POV characters.
