Hello everyone - just a quick post to introduce myself. - Floss.

I live in the northwest of England. Have been writing on and off most of my life but only seriously in the past decade. i sometimes go for long periods without writing then have an intensive period. (as I have had this year). My writing is a combination of secular novel/short stories and Christian writing. My WIP is a crossover. This is being critiqued at the moment.

Now trying to work out which of two ideas might develop into a new novel/story.

Hi Floss! I am a fellow newbie.
What Christian writings have you read? I haven't ventured much further than Lewis or Chesterton in the way of fiction myself, but I'm interested in expanding my horizons.

Hello Floss, welcome to the community! I have a similar writing style to yours where I write intensely for periods, then don't write at all for stretches of time. I think that advice to write everyday just doesn't work for some of us

It sounds like you have some interesting projects; I know it can be hard to decide which ideas to focus on. Good luck with everything! Diane
