Bought one from HSN... (2-Qt. capacity- just the two of us)

So far, I've made Potato Wedges, Sweet Potato Fries, "Fried" Okra, and Buffalo Wings - It's fast, clean and a "healthy" alternative to deep frying.

Anyone else have one, and any recommendations on good stuff to cook in it? :hi:

Fried chicken. :D

I think you can make stir fry and popcorn in it. Don't quote me on that.

Made some "fried" Chicken Thighs the other day...

Seasoned and dredged them in some Roasted Garlic Bread Crumbs = Fabulous!

I need the answer to the important question, how is it to clean?

Love mine, too. :) It's a Farberware Multi-functional Fryer—we call it "the egg". It's super easy to clean, tucks neatly into the corner on the countertop, and we use it for all the traditional "fried" foods such as fries and okra and battered haddock and chicken, as well as "baked salmon"*, biscuits for two (that would be 4 biscuits), bacon . . . well, just so many things.

*We had the baked salmon with mango salsa and coconut rice just last night.

Here's the cookbook I bought when I got my air fryer. It has some great recipes and will give you ideas for all the things you can cook in an air fryer using your own recipes once you understand how an air fryer works; iow, the differences between an oven and an air fryer. (I'll admit I have yet to try the Scotch Eggs, 'cause spouse.)
