Air Fryers...

Fried chicken.

I think you can make stir fry and popcorn in it. Don't quote me on that.

I need the answer to the important question, how is it to clean?

Love mine, too. It's a Farberware Multi-functional Fryer—we call it "the egg". It's super easy to clean, tucks neatly into the corner on the countertop, and we use it for all the traditional "fried" foods such as fries and okra and battered haddock and chicken, as well as "baked salmon"*, biscuits for two (that would be 4 biscuits), bacon . . . well, just so many things.

*We had the baked salmon with mango salsa and coconut rice just last night.

I confess I've been eying them . . .

It has some great recipes and will give you ideas for all the things you can cook in an air fryer using your own recipes once you understand how an air fryer works; iow, the differences between an oven and an air fryer. (I'll admit I have yet to try the Scotch Eggs, 'cause spouse.)
