Not where you last saw me.
Do you have a preference for a particular thriller type (medical, political, military)? The authors whose books make up the bulk of my thriller library are:
David Baldacci
Lisa Unger
Lisa Gardner
Karin Slaughter
Tess Gerritsen
Michael Connelly
Jeffery Deaver
Lincoln Child
Kathy Reichs
Steve Martini

Thanks for sharing this.I got a few good titles for my tbr list.

Glad it was helpful.

Award season is in full bloom so you might also check the following for current and past years' titles. Just Google the name of the award and you'll find lists.

Edgar Awards - Mystery Writers of America (mystery and crime)
Shamus Awards - Private Eye Writers of America (private investigators, all types, including investgative journalists)
Anthony Awards - Bouchercon Worldwide Mystery Convention (popular mystery/crime)
Agatha Awards - Malice Domestic Mystery Convention (traditional and cozy-style mysteries)
Macavity Awards - Mystery Readers Intenational (traditional and cozy-style mysteries)

There are more of course, but these are the main U.S. awards covering both novels and shorts, and their sponsor organizations. (Plus Intenational Thriller Writers' Thriller Awards, already mentioned.)

Have fun!

I thought it might make for a useful study.

I know this thread is older, but I've just discovered a couple Irish crime/thriller writers that are keeping me guessing and making me laugh occasionally: Dervla McTiernan and Sam Blake. Side note: I'm listening to the audiobooks and the narrator is the same for both (which is how I found Sam Blake--I was looking for more read by Aoife McMahon).
