I'm afraid I only really know kesa gatame (sit on the bugger), kata gatame (choke them on their own arm), and yoko shiho gatame (squash them sideways). I know a handful of things from ground guard position as well - a nasty sorta hip lock and a transition from guard into a choke (having looked it up, I think this is gyako juji jime). Plus a handful of escapes from kesa. Oh, and obviously there's the classic armbar, juji gatame.

Listed like that it sounds like a lot, but down on the ground that feels like holiday Spanish; I can maybe order a drink if the waiter is patient enough, but it's hardly fluent...
