Police Procedural Writers

Looking for some good police procedural writers to read for market and style research. I know about Michael Connelly's Bosch, Wambaugh's Hollywood Station, and Hillerman's novels. I'm looking for newer and more recent writers. Bonus points for ensemble-like stuff along the lines of McBain or Wambaugh. My goal is a mesh between Hill Street Blues and COPS, set in Oklahoma.
