Would Peng Fan Long sound absurd to a Chinese ear? She would be the daughter of Peng Xiang, who was named in my Dominion Vote.
Peng (surname) goes first. A search engine gave me "fan" for dangerous and "long" for dragon, but used to name boys. Does it go clunk as a girl's name?
