I have published several short stories, plays, and novels with Slate Run Publishing. You can find me on Amazon as James J. Slattery or J S McInroy. I am interested in experiencing the ideas of many people with various approaches to writing. My own could be termed Magical Realism, I suppose, but I am not one much given to categorizing myself or others. I am currently working on a novel, working title of "Walking Jesus." It is pretty much a take on a man I have watched who walks the streets of my hometown and is a mystery to all around him. Through research of a very subjective nature, I have discovered varieties of my character, Josiah, across the country, and I'll bet he exists all around the globe. I know I have seen him in Montreal, New Orleans, San Diego, Portland Me. and Pittsfield Mass. Mine hails from Troy, NY.
