Hi my name is Jess!
I'm a registered nurse by day and a writer/netflix binge watcher by night. I have just recently gotten back into writing in the last year or so. I used to share my writing with my Grandma who passed away 8 years ago. Since then I haven't wanted to write. That and life got in the way of my creative juices. I suffered a TBI back in 2011, I went to university and graduated with my BScN and got my first full time nursing job. It took me a while to get back to the things I love and I have made it a goal of mine to at least have one really good start to a novel this year. Well it'll likely be my new years resolution.. haha
Anyway, I love to write fantasy stories, usually with faeries and magic and castles. I love creating my own worlds but having them resemble some part of my actual life.
-What do you like to read? I like to read just about anything I can get my hand on. I do prefer historical fiction and romance, and I like fantasy fiction.
-How long have you been writing? I've been writing since I was young, but I stopped a few years ago.
-Do you beta read? Yes. After every session I'm usually found editing it.
