My short answer is No. I don't think there is such a thing as "the right idea" that (rendered into prose well enough, of course) that will drive a book to success in the publishosphere.

I think that thinking that way is what leads a lot of writers to wallow in ideas at the expense of actually writing. It's not hard to find threads here about "What do you think of my idea for a story?" To which the proper response is always "Write the story, then maybe you will know."
