Anyone going to watch this?

"'While we think of the idea of these beasts as pure legend, the mindblowing stories about how they came to be have their roots in reality,' says Marc Etkind, General Manager of Science Channel. 'Mythical Beasts reveals truths about the monsters of old and why the myths surrounding their existence endure today.'"

"The series will be premiering on Sunday, October 14 at 10pm ET/PT on the network and will include everything from dragons to cyclops to vampires and sea monsters. Although the series is non-fiction, its narrative style will no doubt appeal to viewers who enjoy fantasy, horror, supernatural and other similar genres."

Rhett & Link (Good Mythical Morning on YouTube) calls their fans "Mythical Beasts." I wonder if there will be any issues between the two shows.

Below is a quote pulled from my Online Channel Guide:

S1 Ep1 - The Dragon's Inferno
"New discoveries reveal hard evidence showing that dragons were not just the stuff of nightmares, and experts use the latest science to explain why people believed in these wicked creatures."

S1 Ep2 - The Kraken Awakens
"Looking at the history behind legendary creatures, including some with archaeological evidence or other truths behind the myths."
