I'm looking to write a spec for The Good Place, but this can apply to pretty much any show that has strong story elements - how do you spec a show where the plot is constantly bouncing around, characters are and aren't together, and stuff like that?
How do you write a convincing episode of the story that fits in GENERALLY but can be used over a longer period of time? I don't want to have to rewrite something constantly if it's strong.
