I have a bread recipe that calls for an 8 1/2x4 1/2 loaf pan, bake for 40-45 minutes.
The only loaf pan I have, however, is 9x3. Do/should I adjust the baking time and if so, how much?
Or, should I just free form it? It's a milk bread recipe from "Joy of Cooking" (90's ed.)
