Hello! SF and Fantasy writer here!

Hello everyone! I'm a science fiction & fantasy writer from the Bay area, looking to finally get involved in the larger writing community. For a long time, I felt like I wasn't good enough or serious enough to join in-person meetups or online writers' forums, but I've decided enough with the self-rejection. So here I am! Really looking forward to meeting people here.

I've currently got a few short stories out looking for homes and a finished novel draft that I'm editing, as well as a 2nd novel in the outline/draft zero stage. Writing has been a lifelong passion of mine, and it's time I stopped pretending it's just a casual hobby. It's what I want to do with my life, plain and simple.

Welcome! Self-rejection is the worst. I know people who have written some great things that never submitted them anywhere because they didn't think it was any good (it was). Good for you getting past that!
