DAW's open submissions policy

There's no mention of a closing date on their site (http://www.penguin.com/publishers/daw/) so I'd say it's on-going. They have accepted open subs for a while now, just paper only to this point. The recent change was to add the electronic submissions option. That said, it's entirely possible they'll close to subs for a while at some unknown point in the future before re-opening, but for now I'd say it's wide open.
