Article 13 of the new Proposal for a Driective of the European Parliament and of the Council on Copyright in the Digital Age Single Market. This can disrupt the internet to a massive degree inflicting censorship upon parodies, and many other things. For those that live in the EU, (and I don't) please write to the lawmakers that are going to vote on this June 20.
