Hi, I'm having trouble getting rid of microsoft msn program. It refuses to be gone despite my doing some of things you smart guys do. :) Could you help because I'm really scared they can do other negative things w. my computer. I liked internet explorer program but that's gone now. Thx much.

Hi Susie. Could you give a little more information? I get the impression that either your home page has changed (what you see when you first open Internet Explorer) or maybe something more invasive is happening.

Are you using Interntet Explorer or Edge, the more app-ish browser that's new in Windows 10?

Does something unexpected happen when you open it?

Are there pop-up messages, or have new icons appeared on your desktop?

Try to describe as exactly as possible what you see that is wrong.

Thx much, Matera. Well, when I go to my control panel the programs I use are up there, but Internet Explorer is now microsoft msn which I don't want. I tried everything to get it back to IE that I know of (I read it on google), but no go. It's windows 10. No pop-ups thank goodness. Much appreciated and hope all's well.
