    If I might throw out there - you might do better to jettison the 1200 min word count.

    DSF (Daily Science Fiction) has an upper limit of 1.5k words but found that for that sort of readership, people prefer stories on the shorter end of the spectrum. Like 500ish.

    I am not really your target audience/writer, though, because I always want to be paid.
