The latest you can wait to follow up a Twitter pitch

Heya. Lucky enough to get a like during dvpit and could technically be ready to send in the next couple of days, but it's a good agent and I don't want to blow the chance.

Is it okay to wait a couple weeks? Let more beta feedback trickle in and scrub the hell out if those opening pages. What's the latest you would wait?

I don't think a couple of months is too out of line, especially if you say that you wanted to give the ms. a final buff and polish before sending it.
