I find the title in the first one much more readable--in the second the title is again too crowded. But I like what you did with the subtitle in the second cover--those y's in the first subtitle bothered me for some obscure reason.

This would also make it easier to do the back jacket text, as I can use a semi-bold version of the font used for "10 Easy Ways To", which is nicely readable in a smaller font.
