    Re my remark about the grammar checker not knowing diddle about writing fiction, I was thinking more along the lines of it flagging things like passive voice, when passive voice is exactly what the writer wants. Or various rhetorical devices where repetition of words or phrases is deliberate and effective. Things like that.
