What type of plotting structure do you follow? Whether it's a really detailed outline that you figure out the first plot point, midpoint, etc. or just high-level I'd like to hear how you make sure you hit all the beats. I've been recently following the one outlined in Story Engineering by Larry Brooks but would like to hear how others do it.
