They're not working with students, but the teacher's union does fight terminations tooth and nail, so if a district has to take a minute to get all it's ducks in a row before termination, I get that. It's not a termination you want to lose in arbitration because you rushed.

Duly noted. Even bigots deserve due process. Doesn't help the smell though.

Back when I was an undergrad, I worked one summer on a dairy farm. It can take a while to clean the dairy barn, but it has to get done, and you just have to endure the smell until it is.
