Axios: Trump pushing to have personal pilot run FAA

In the "you gotta be kidding me" vein...

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/02/25/polit...ion/index.html

"John Dunkin isn't just a pilot," an administration official told Axios. "He's managed airline and corporate flight departments, certified airlines from start-up under FAA regulations, and oversaw the Trump presidential campaign's air fleet, which included managing all aviation transportation for travel to 203 cities in 43 states over the course of 21 months."
Dunkin has been interviewed for the post, with one source saying he was "impressive."
So he "managed" Trump's air fleet. Let's see...

Meet Donald Trump's air fleet. https://www.cnn.com/2015/07/23/polit...ils/index.html

Four aircraft is actually a major downsize for Trump who once owned an airline with a fleet of 17 planes.
In 1992 Trump's airline defaulted and was taken over by the banks which sold it to US Air.
    Three stupid questions:

    1) how much budget did he personally manage? (FAA's annual budget is ~ US$16 Billions)

    2) how many employees was he personally responsible for? (haven't found recent numbers but FAA's head count is upward of 45K)

    3) Did he ever deal with a large unionized staff?
