...and from the sounds of this, they seem to be doing a lot right. Institutions have an ease of access to data but security and privacy protections are a high priority, transparency in government is increased. Most interestingly, they have a program in which citizens of other countries can become 'e-residents', taking advantage of the innovation culture and business incentives that the country is fostering.
