I haven't made any lately, but here's some photos of the birthday cake I made my boyfriend. He requested birthday cake Oreos in cake form, so I made an extra dark chocolate cake and made a from-scratch birthday cake-flavored cheesecake to sandwich in the middle. Then I topped it with some soft dark chocolate ganache and then a layer of crispy ganache on the very top. With, of course, some birthday cake Oreos for decoration.

DANG! - I'm not a true chocolate lover, but that cake looks Ahhh-mazing! - I'd take a couple of bites outta that bad boy, for sure.

Wow, that cake looks gimongous. And I 2nd Vern's sentiments - awesome. Except she's crazy. Chocolate is 2nd only to the nectar of the gods.
