Yeah, green fuzzy things usually gather at the back of the fridge - hasn't someone put a lazy susan in a fridge, just spin it around. We picked up a pup off the street a few years ago, she was pregnant. Still have 2 of her pups. Chi mixes.
Rudolph is currently playing on the radio. We have all the direction up and the tree, but for whatever reason, I'm just not that into the spirit yet. It usually occurs after I visit someplace that's very festive.
Part of the fun of the holiday is re-writing Christmas carols - I remember an album by someone I don't remember about "twisted" carols: "The restroom door said Gentlemen it must have been a gag..."
Sat Nam! (Literally "Truth Name"--a Sikh greeting)
and pie to all.
For the first time in 5 years, we have put up a tree and (indoor) lights. Last few years, we've had to travel to tend to family, except the one year I was dealing with surgery. So we are in a very grateful spirit here. And despite being a Sikh, I do love the more religious Christmas music: Handel, Bach and Joy to the World.
Popping in just to wish y'all the best of the holiday season--peace, love and friendship. Suse, if you pop in, I'm still luving you. Everything is fine.
