I closed this one out as a CNR as well, after I also got no response to the nudge - which they did say you could send after 90 days. Looks like they may not be answering the rejections, but assuming we will understand that no response means "no." Good luck with the next one for you!

The website says they are open to submissions until August of 2019.

They seem dead.

I got an email update from Parvus explaining they are looking into narrowing what they acquire and publish, and apologized for having my MS for so long without an update. The email states they will be using this summer to decide on their path forward in regards to what sort of submissions they are looking for. Due to this, there was no decision on manuscripts submitted during this time. I assume we can check back in the fall to see what they have decided on.

Fingers crossed it all goes well for them, but . . . I've been here before with a few short story markets; it's usually the last I've heard from them (with one notable, and not in a good way, exception).

But yeah, wait and see what comes.

You can tell the good ones by the way they finish 'clean' - authors, editors and vendors paid, let them know if you've been missed.
Good luck to them in future ventures.
