I suppose I'm at that age
when family and friends start dying.
While I know death is inevitable
and for some, even a relief.
It doesn't lessen the pain,
the heartbreak or the grief.
*Don't know if this is a poem or not, but I just lost another dear Friend (to cancer), and I needed to write something - because I'm hurting, and it feels like there's another little hole in my heart.
