I have always wanted to work full time in a home based business. I also wanted the flexibility to travel a little. I have dabbled with novel and short story writing, and tried to write articles to sell to magazines but really got no bites.

I have since found out that ghostwriting is my niche. I write articles and advertisements for all sorts of people. I don't work full time from home, but the income supplement is great, and growing slowly, so I believe I will be able to quit the day job eventually.

I'm going on my first major trip next month, and will be able to keep freelancing from the Wi-Fi in my hotel room while I am there. So I'll be able to see the sights and still make a few bucks while I'm on the road (I'm not going to take on too much freelance work because I do want a bit of time to enjoy the trip!).

Next goal is to get my novels up to par and published. With my current freelance success, I'm not ready to head back into the world book publication.
