My print company handles the distribution for my book. Fees on my web site cover price, tax, and shipping.
An Amazon Professional Sellers Account does not allow me to set the shipping fee for a book, which is a loss. While I wait for a response from B & N on their programs, I would be grateful for any options to consider to price the book equally on all sites.
