Hi,
Back again after a long hiatus (I have a writer's office now - yay!). Question: I was wondering if there's a way to minimize the 'ad space' at the top of every webpage (at the moment, it's showing me a donate button for the Emanual Church, plus 3 ads, one of which is 48hrbooks -- I don't know if this is context-sensitive). Anyway, the net effect is to almost completely fill my screen, so every time I click on another forum item, I need to scroll down before I can actually read it. I understand that ad revenue is important, but once I've seen those ads a few times, I'd like to be able to automatically skip past them. Especially if all I'm doing is reading through a multi-page thread in one forum. Thanks!

I've searched FAQs plus Tech Help, and couldn't find anything.

No, it can't be minimized.

You can turn of images in your browser.

You can use an ad blocker.

With the exception of the Emanual Church image and link or the featured book that will replace it, those ads help pay to keep this place going.
